Experience- 5 to 13 Years

Lead and Manage cloud-based application modernization and Data modernization initiatives.

\xc2\xa7 Flexible with APAC, US, and EMEA geography teams to deliver solutions to the different customers in accounts.

\xc2\xa7 Lead sales to delivery hand-off meetings, Coordinate with team members and initiate project\xe2\x80\x99s kick-off

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.

\xc2\xa7 Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, steering committee meetings, and project review sessions.

\xc2\xa7 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

\xc2\xa7 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with architects and other technical resources and ensure design, development, and delivery of valued solutions.

\xc2\xa7 Lead regular Technical Project Review Meetings, and Customer facing Meetings (if required) and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate.

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, data scientists, and architects, to ensure successful project execution.

\xc2\xa7 Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

\xc2\xa7 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clear expectations and alignment.

\xc2\xa7 Liaise with vendors and third-party providers to coordinate deliverables and resolve any issues or dependencies.

\xc2\xa7 Create necessary documents with attention to quality and adhere to the account-specific process requirements.

\xc2\xa7 Maintain all project related artifacts in central repository.

\xc2\xa7 Provide leadership and mentor and motivate team members to remain energetic and focused on the path of successful execution of project.

\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with all stakeholders, foster positive relationships with them and ensure that project goals align with business objectives.

\xc2\xa7 Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.

\xc2\xa7 Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular project health report /status updates to stakeholders.

\xc2\xa7 Understand customer issues and resolve them with speed and efficiency.

\xc2\xa7 Track and manage changes accordance with the defined Change Management Process

\xc2\xa7 Manage dependencies and address any bottlenecks or obstacles.

\xc2\xa7 Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

\xc2\xa7 Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in modern application development, data modernization, and IT project management practices.

\xc2\xa7 Participate in PMO activities and provide regular input to improve/optimize existing processes\xe2\x80\x99 efficiencies and effectiveness to successfully execute projects /programs.

Qualifications:

\xc3\xbc Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

\xc3\xbc PMP/Prince 2 Certification

\xc3\xbc Cloud Certifications are an added advantage.

\xc3\xbc Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project and program management

\xc3\xbc Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

\xc3\xbc Hands on experience on Clarizen tool is an added advantage.

\xc3\xbc Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

\xc3\xbc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xc3\xbc Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\xc3\xbc Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

\xc3\xbc Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
