Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Web and Multimedia is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's public website and online experiences, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The Sr. Manager supervises our internal website team based in India, manages the relationship with our external website development agency and acts as a liaison to other internal support teams such as marketing and the IT infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website content and user interface updates, content authoring requests, site audits, and archival process. Create and manage customer journeys and website personalization.
  
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and manage vendors to create and execute design enhancements and user experience improvements leveraging Sitecore capabilities.
  
• Manage, mentor and supervise our internal website team, based in India.
  
• Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in the Sitecore CMS. Responsible for championing website migrations/consolidation projects, system upgrades and other enhancement requests.
  
• Maximize use of CMS (Sitecore) features and identify ways to gain operational efficiencies in the publishing web management and translation processes.
  
• Identify, prioritize and execute changes and optimizations based on business needs, analytics, split (A/B) testing, data and metrics.
  
• Conduct user, SEO and analytics research to help guide strategy, improve user experience, and expand website traffic to stimulate engagement and grow prospect/customer base.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and realize web and multimedia projects according to current industry standards and best practices.
  
• Establish and maintain web identity and brand consistency throughout project development cycles of web pages, web-based campaigns, web user interfaces, icons, banners, and other media.

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Content Management System), preferablySitecore
• Firm understanding of semantic web markup including: HTML5, CSS3 as well as experience with Creative Cloud
• Working understanding of W3C standards, UX design patterns & best practices, web accessibility standards and SEO best practices
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail and minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Azure, Eloqua and Salesforce systems a plus
• Electronic portfolio (PDF) or web equivalent

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience with modern web design and development, multimedia production, web usability and best practices in a business environment
• Bachelor's degree required
