Job Title: Sales Manager- Real Estate
Location: Goa, Dona Paula & Goa Velha
Experience: 1-7 years in Residential/real estate sales
CTC: Decent Hike on Last Package + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing walk-ins from the Channel Partners of Goa and calling on the leads.
Attending fresh clients & ensuring maximum revisits.
Ensuring proper follow-up for leads / walk-ins for quick closure.
Activating channel partners for marketing / lead generation activities.
Participating / Organizing regular promotional events.
Responsible for achieving monthly sales & collection targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / PG with 1-5 years of Real Estate experience.
Good understanding of Sourcing & Closing business.
A self-motivated & go-getter attitude.
Good presentation & communication skills.
Result oriented with a solution-oriented approach.
