Sr. HR Manager US Staffing (Remote, India)

The Sr. HR Manager will work for the Director of Operations/Accounting and will support new employee onboarding, timesheet collection, payroll review, analysis, and open enrollment for benefits. Our employee team spans India and the US.


This is a full-time job; based in remotely in India. Must work EST or CST US business hours.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding of new US and India employees: collection of all necessary new hire documents and ensuring the accuracy of information provided Management of background checks and coordination of new employee orientation phone calls Payroll processing support: Collection of employee timesheets for semi-monthly and monthly payroll Follow up with employees on late timesheet submissions and resolve timesheet discrepancies Management of employee termination processes Provides support with employee updates, distribution of communication materials Support of open enrollment benefits process Operational analysis and accounting support

Requirements:

8+ years experience as an HR manager for US and India employment and payroll practices Experience with US Staffing companies A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook Good verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast moving, structured environment Bachelor's degree
