Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Presales Executive from the real estate industry who will be responsible for managing and qualifying leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring seamless client engagement. The candidate should be well-versed in handling high-net-worth clients and luxury real estate products.

Key Responsibilities:


Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, events, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, timeline, and other parameters.
Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep them engaged.
Schedule site visits and ensure coordination with the sales team for smooth execution.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead status and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and promotional efforts.
Understand project offerings, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to communicate effectively with potential buyers.
Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary client insights and follow-up support.
Provide timely reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and key metrics to the management.

Key Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of presales experience in the real estate sector.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
Customer-centric approach with excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Experience in luxury or premium residential projects is a plus.

Preferred Skills:


Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
