Job Description


: Role Summary/Purpose: The IT Security Administrator Lead (Sr. Analyst – IT Security Administration) will be responsible for day to day activities surrounding general user id administration and access controls/resource authorization requests across multiple environments/systems. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to further advance and broaden their skill sets/Information Security & Technology acumen by being a part of a diversified IAM team and working with highly skilled professionals Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Day to day administration of all request types
  • Ensure/Monitor team to Execute Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests.
  • Ensure execution of daily, weekly checks to ensure access is terminated for exit workers.
  • Liaise with Help Desk team members and assist as and when required and develop a customer centric model for increased end user satisfaction.
  • Reviewing/Track current issues for Security Administration team with sail point tool and coordination with sail point development team to fix the issues.
  • Track Progress and resolution with rcca ( ask 5 Y’s )and action items/owners and remediations for permanent resolution and close loop with the customer.
  • Assist and support periodic internal and external IT audit and SOX audits
  • First line of contact for any escalations/concerns from business
  • Responsible for notifying management of any concerns raised by requestor and/or anticipating escalation.
  • Track Escalations and report out trends and drive remediations.
  • Ensuring team adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures. Notify management when discrepancies are found in SOPs and fix it to ensure they are updated accordingly. Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.
  • Responsible/Participate in projects and initiatives in support of regulatory, audit and IAM directives when called upon.
  • Partner with the Identity Access Management teams to identify and address any IAM specific implications or issues relating to RP’s and SAP’s.
  • SME during various IT and business initiated projects requiring RP/SAP work
  • Responsible for documenting process/technical difficulties being experienced and timely reporting them to management
  • Collate statistical data as requested in support of metrics/measurements and publish them on periodical basis and publish them.
  • Reporting /Adherence to Operational Metrics/SLA
  • Identity/Drive Automation Initiative/Efforts to enhance productivity
  • Work Closely with Training/Internal Audit team to drive efficiency

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3-5 years of Information Technology experience or in lieu of a degree with minimum of 5-7 years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong Communication and written skills and ability to understand/gather inputs/feedbacks and convert them into requirements.
  • Strong knowledge on Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) would be an added advantage
  • Strong Understanding of Identity and Access Management Domain.
  • Customer focused, Process Oriented and enhancing customer experience.
  • Must have proven strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with working with remote teams

  • Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.
  • Existing Level 5, 6 & 7 are eligible to apply, will be considered for Level 8 if selected

Desired Characteristics:
  • Minimum of 3 year of Security Administration or equivalent IAM experience
  • Working knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, ACF2 Mainframe, AS400, UNIX and Active Directory, RSA VPN/Remote Access
  • Excellent analytical skills; highly motivated and demonstrate high level of energy and requiring minimal supervision
  • Basic Knowledge on Active Directory ,UNIX ,Okta, Sailpoint IIQ platforms and identity and access management tools would be a added advantage.
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning and role based access control framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients, team members, management and external groups
  • Ability to integrate into a large team, support team goals, above average team player, and take direction from technical lead and other leadership.
