The Role

As an Early Careers & Campus you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, and coordinating candidate logistics.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview feedback, and other relevant data, in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Coordinate and manage candidate for interview coordination, documentation, data management, Employer branding , pre and post engagement follow-up Formalities and providing overall back end support for campus process.
Prepare and maintain Excel Reports, Dash boards, ATS and Assessment tools ,and doing presentations to the stakeholders.
Manage the bulk scheduling's and update recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide timely and accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Maintain regular communication with candidates ,Campus recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of Campus recruitment processes and provide excellent candidate experience.
Support the Campus recruitment team in managing recruitment campaigns, and other backend campus initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling candidate and recruitment-related data.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, preferably in an RPO or similar environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional certifications in HR or recruitment administration (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
