In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better Implement verification strategy for improving quality confidence in multiple business-critical complex products and also to improve efficiencies in the overall development life cycle enabling shorter time-to-market. You are responsible for Responsible for delivering Quality Software through Manual & Automation Testing and leading the verification activities for Agile Team. Understand the Product Requirement, Identify the Test Scenarios & Develop the Automated Scripts. Drive the Verification Strategy for the Product Scope owned by the Agile Team. Take complete Ownership of the features/modules, Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality. Take Ownership to report defects, and analyze the requirements and RCA. Participate in daily agile scrum activities, report status, and blockers. Mentor and guide the team in ensuring the test coverage per defined criteria. Compliance with processes and quality management system. Ensure technical & testing documentation is kept up-to-date and audit-ready. Proactively coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders for different stages of the development life cycle of the project. Look for opportunities for test automation in the assigned areas. Maintain the Test Lab by automating the product installation, test setup, and software-related maintenance. You are part of Vue Serviceability Team under Radiology Informatics, We intend to improve service experience by implementing efficiencies within the processes through tooling, integrations, Automation, data-driven and agile approach, usage of smart technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, unified User Interfaces, simplified workflows to realize the mission. We aim to collaborate with our end user stakeholders for their feedback (i.e., service community), guiding input from Product Line Management for market trends and Voice of Customer, technology trends and best practices from R&D and Innovation and Strategy teams to be effective in a continuous enhancement loop and ultimate accountability and ownership within the Service Innovation function. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 5 to 9 years of experience in manual and automation testing, Prior Experience in Leading verification activities is good. Good debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum-based development. Ability to understand the product requirements, Uses Cases from the field, and derive test scenarios. Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards is preferred. Strong knowledge of - Excel and Database SQL queries Experience in reporting formats like HTML, XML, Excel, Database, etc. Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Programing Language C#. Good exposure to test estimation, prioritizing, risk planning, status reporting, and tracking. Experience in various application types like Web, Data Bases, Web Services, and API Testing.
