We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Must be a gradute or master BTECH / Msc/ MCA.

Requirements for this role include:

• Knowledge of system development methodology.
• Strong analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and requirement to IT technical solutions.
• Excellent client service attitude.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experienced developer using COBOL on a LINUX platform, JCL, and CICS
• Creation of Technical Specifications (Tech Specs)
• Creation of unit test plans - On Call support Insurance product knowledge
• Life products (UL, Term, Whole Life)
• Annuities
• Group Insurance Products Preferences: Optional (nice-to-have\'s)
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• US Life insurance domain knowledge. LOMA certified.
• Basic knowledge of Java. Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
• The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend\'s basis business requirement.
