Summary: We are seeking a replacement resource for an Oracle Utilities CC&B MFT Developer role to ensure continuity in ongoing integration and file transfer operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing secure file transfers between Oracle CC&B and external/internal systems using Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT), as well as supporting related CC&B technical components. The ideal candidate should have experience in integrating CC&B with MFT solutions, scripting, and supporting daily operations, ideally with prior exposure to utility billing systems. Roles & Responsibilities: o Support and maintain existing Oracle MFT workflows for CC&B integrations. o Develop, configure, and troubleshoot file transfer jobs and automation scripts for inbound and outbound interfaces. o Work closely with technical teams to support CC&B batch processes involving MFT-based data exchange. o Ensure secure and timely transmission of billing, payment, and customer data files to external systems and vendors. o Monitor file transfer logs, resolve failed transfers, and handle error recovery. o Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to support certificates, encryption, and access control related to file transfers. o Document MFT flows, mappings, schedules, and procedures for handover and support. o Participate in change requests, impact analysis, and production deployments as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience with Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT) or similar tools (e.g., Sterling, Axway, GoAnywhere). o Experience in UNIX/Linux scripting, FTP/SFTP, PGP encryption/decryption, and file automation. o Familiarity with Oracle CC&B batch jobs, XAI, and data exchange mechanisms. o Good understanding of utility industry file formats (e.g., billing files, payment remittance, service requests). o Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic, or Fusion Middleware. o Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java-based customizations. o Knowledge of PCI, GDPR, or NERC security standards in data transmission. o Exposure to ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA. o Strong problem-solving and incident management skills. Additional Information: - 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B with a focus on MFT integrations and file handling. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience is required -This position is based at our Bangalore office.
