Job Responsibilities& Competencies:

Must be a Graduate with minimum work experience of 4+ years in AR follow up for US Health Care / Revenue Cycle Management company.

(Preference will be given to the candidates having prior knowledge of Hospital Billing and knowledge of EPIC system)

Work on OLD AR and collect outstanding amounts.

Publish a daily report that provides a snapshot of work inventory in terms of Denials, Rejections, Failures, and inactive AR to ensure that TAT is being met.

Continual development to be an expert with knowledge of respective clients, specialties, and PM systems.

Speaks or writes clearly and persuasively; provides clarification; responds well to questions; participates in and contributes to meetings.

Follows policies and procedures; Completes tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values.

Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Willing to put in the necessary time to accomplish goals.
