Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site execution and supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for civil construction projects.

Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at the site.

Handle site inspections and resolve any site issues or deviations.

Manage site documentation including material records, labor deployment, and equipment usage.

Ensure timely availability of materials and workforce.

Liaise with the project manager and provide regular updates.

Qualifications & Skills

:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision in the civil construction sector.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction project tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc., preferred).
Must be a proactive problem-solver and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
