We are looking for a candidate who is Experienced, Extremely Hungry, and Passionate about writing Long-form content on YouTube backed by detailed research on the Topics. We are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box growth hacker and content specialist with an iterative mind-set who is entrepreneurial in nature and can be a part of the team at Him-Eesh Madaan YouTube Channel. The Person should be well versed with the current topics, things which are in trend for YouTube and other short form content platforms like Instagram, and what works well with the content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft value driven and engaging content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

- Convey powerful messages tailored for short-form video platforms, aligning with the brand's vision

- Stay updated with current trends in short-form content and incorporate them creatively. - Brainstorm innovative content ideas suitable for a brief video format, ensuring variety and relevance.

- Work closely with the video production team to ensure content fits within desired time frames and retains its essence.

- Incorporate feedback from the leadership and audience to refine content strategies.

- Regularly update knowledge on self-help topics, personal growth, money management, success stories and other related fields.
