You are trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and IT development teams. Main Responsibilities In Domain Of Solution Architect Are UX/UI Architect will partner with other architects and technology decision-makers, to guide the overall direction of the user interface layer of our products and will work closely with Application Architects, Technical Leads, Software Developers, and Management in a highly collaborative and innovative team. Lead, Deliver and Maintain web design system and mobile (Android, iOS) for various regional and global corporate websites, Customer Engagement Portals and Commerce Portals (B2B/B2C). Participate in user research and usability testing with Bekaert\'s customers and collect feedback to refine designs. Analyse the behaviours and patterns of users to improve overall functionality. Create information architecture, provide interactive designs, develop design interfaces, and build website structure. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Ensure website functionality is delivered with best of the breed and intuitive user experience for customers. Improve search engine optimization. implement code work and facilitate navigation. Drive Interactive Design and Architecture alignment with business objectives and high-level Bekaert\'s Enterprise Architecture direction helping our Digital Transformation roadmap and build a rich interactive, reliable, and scalable digital ecosystem. Challenge the current business as usual (BAU) design standards and constantly look for improvement. Pro-actively identify and manage risk areas. Troubleshoot and drive issues through to completion. Collaborate with Business owners, Product Managers and Product owners to drive the UI/UX delivery. Lead a team of Designers that work with product owners to produce designs for mobile and Web experiences. Work within an agile team following Scaled Agile methodology to deliver the design artifacts. Leverage cloud tools like Azure DevOps and Adobe XD (or FIGMA) to gather requirements, create and share designs with product manager and owner. Define visual language for the product to align with 508 compliance, Bekaert\'s branding compliance, Typography, and internationalization by adhering to the Industry standards, laws and regulations. Essential Skills & Competencies Profile (Skills) Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience 12+ years of overall experience, 6+ years into UX-UI architecture, design and delivery of enterprise and web-based solutions in medium to large scale (400+ users in B2B, 1+ million in B2C) environment Good experience with technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, JQuery, AngularJS, Angular, Node.js (using ES6 syntax) & and ReactJS/Vue with an understanding of modern UI frameworks and front-end architecture Domain Knowledge of E-Commerce, B2B Portal and other CRM based applications is an added advantage. A strong understanding of user research and human-centred design. Experience creating design systems to support Web applications and user-centric design Comfortable working with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma Experience producing design artifacts, such as sketches, high fidelity mock-ups, screen flows and prototypes. Good understanding of Headless CMS & Headless Commerce architecture. Building aesthetical, functional, and responsive web-based applications Experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops development tools for managing and delivering requirements is preferred. Solid understanding of agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments (such as inside-out, outside-in) Knowledge of existing, new and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes. Good analytical, planning, organizational and technical skills. Be a voice of reason to make tough calls. Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and business partnering skills to effectively present information to senior management. Sound experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite team. Good management skills with the ability to work swiftly, efficiently, prioritize tasks and workload on behalf of the team, and keep track of multiple streams of work Competencies: Organizationally savvy, with the ability to navigate organizational politics.
