What You Will Be Doing:
Architect and Implement:
Participate in designing, developing, and co-leading the implementation of complex frontend features and systems.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Help establishing and maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability, often through code reviews and mentorship.
Technical Leadership:
Guiding the technical direction of projects in SSE capacity, making architectural decisions, and influencing technology choices.
Collaboration:
Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
Providing guidance and support to other engineers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Performance Optimization:
Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, ensuring the frontend applications are fast and responsive.
Staying Up-to-Date:
Continuously learning about new frontend technologies, tools, and best practices and incorporating them into the development process.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
5+ Years of experience building frontends
Expertise in Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and relevant frontend frameworks
Experience with Web Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques for profiling, monitoring, and improving frontend performance.
Experience with Build and Deployment Processes: Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Docker, and NX.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor other engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
