Do you love designing and building enterprise grade frontends, with strong emphasis on scalability, performance and user experience? Love to solve problems, architect and implement complex frontend features with keen eye on quality and best practices? Curious on what's latest and like to mentor?

What You Will Be Doing:



Architect and Implement:



Participate in designing, developing, and co-leading the implementation of complex frontend features and systems.



Code Quality and Best Practices:



Help establishing and maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability, often through code reviews and mentorship.



Technical Leadership:



Guiding the technical direction of projects in SSE capacity, making architectural decisions, and influencing technology choices.



Collaboration:



Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.



Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:



Providing guidance and support to other engineers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.



Performance Optimization:



Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, ensuring the frontend applications are fast and responsive.



Staying Up-to-Date:



Continuously learning about new frontend technologies, tools, and best practices and incorporating them into the development process.



To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:


5+ Years of experience building frontends Expertise in Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and relevant frontend frameworks Experience with Web Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques for profiling, monitoring, and improving frontend performance. Experience with Build and Deployment Processes: Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Docker, and NX. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor other engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
