Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with 7-12 years of experience in mechanical machine design to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all mechanical engineering projects, designing innovative machinery, and leading a team of 5-10 engineers.

The role involves utilizing CAD software, conducting research and development, and managing projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 mechanical design engineers. Design and develop mechanical machines and solutions for the recycle sector. Create detailed designs using CAD software. Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure successful execution. Conduct research and development (R&D) to drive innovation in farm mechanization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in Mechanical Machines Design. Sound knowledge and experience in Product Development. Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design. Proficiency in CAD software. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Prior experience in the SPM & NPD machinery sector will be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Additional Details

Salary Package: ₹6 LPA - ?14 LPA (based on skills and experience). Interview Mode: On-site (candidates must attend in person if shortlisted).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
