Responsible for the Facilities & Administration activities of the company.
He/she will also ensure to provide 24x7 secure, safe, and conducive working atmospheres to all the employees and ensure zero downtime of the facility.
Manage a team of administrative staff and third-party logistics staff.
Have the capability to motivate and supervise, ensure goals and targets are met, and KRAs are clearly defined, ensure the team meets the defined SLAs for all administration services.
Monitor vendor’s and service providers’ performance regularly to ensure the quality of service/ delivery within specified timelines.
Manage various admin functions, including facilities management, office maintenance, housekeeping services, security services, transportation, and office build-outs.
Ensure that systems and procedures as laid down by management are strictly complied with & also provide inputs for possible improvements in the service. Organise, analyse, interpret, and evaluate results and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
Identify and negotiate with new vendors, managing yearly increments and invoice cycles.
Negotiations with vendors, managing facilities provided for running of office viz, housekeeping, security, reception / front desk, office assistants, pantry & catering services, maintenance, landscaping, annual maintenance contracts.
• Manages relationships with property owners, leasing partners, flex space providers throughout our agreement with these partners, including renewals and terminations. • Ensure compliance with statutory norms and requirements required for the smooth functioning of services and office. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Six-plus years of demonstrated experience heading the administrative, facilities, security function in large and reputed organisations, preferably IT/ITES companies.
Should have extensive working knowledge of Ms Office.
The post holder should have good exposure in the end to end facilities & administration, security, transport, budgeting, process management, housekeeping, compliance, space utilisation, general administration.
Thorough understanding of general management techniques in a large and complex organisation and manage complex property estates and facilities portfolio, staff.
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
