• Knowledge in contracting terms and conditions, policies, and standards for Indian PSUs / Govt. Organizations and Private Sector clients in Infrastructure, Construction Industry (Specific experience in business verticals such as Oil & Gas,Railways,Roads,T&D will be an added advantage).r
• Provide Contract Administration and Management support on assigned projects and proposals. - Prepares and consolidates analysis of contract conditions identifying areas of Contractual risks and opportunities. - Responsible for implementation of contract and tendering support to BD / Proposals. - Provide key contractual clause flow-downs to procurement/sub-contracting. - Coordinates and monitors the fulfilment of contractual obligations. - Review and maintain project correspondence to ensure Company's rights are protected and are consistent with the terms of the prime contract. - Liaise with all departments involved in the project to ensure contract compliance and identify areas of claims/ scope changes.r
• Preparation of Critical Communication ,Delay Analysis Report, Prolongation Claim, Extension of Time related correspondence etc.r
• Participates in project meetings related to its status, progress, scope, cost, and planning. - Support in analysing contractual issues and, participates in meetings with Clients on contractual issues. - Identify and analyse / log all changes that can affect term and cost. - Prepares formal answers regarding clarifications / claims requests to/from the client. - Fully support and proactive in the preparation of Change Orders and Claims. - Monitor and complete contract close-out in close coordination with Project Director / Manager.r
• Support to Projects and Legal in Arbitration proceedings. - Other activities as directed by the Business Members / Contracts Lead - Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance laws related to EPC/Non-EPC Projects.r

• r Strong written (including contract/MoU/Sub-Contract Agreements drafting) and oral English.r r
• r Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.r r
• r Ability to multitask.r r
• r Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.r r
• r Nice to have Knowledge / experience in Contract management methods and tools.r r
