Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings.
Statutory Records and Registers
Maintain statutory registers as per the Companies Act.
Ensure the safekeeping and updating of company records and documentation.
Regulatory and Legal Compliance
Prepare and file statutory returns and various forms with regulatory bodies such as ROC, SEBI, BSE, NSE, etc.
Ensure compliance with company law, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutes.
Track regulatory changes and help implement required compliance systems.
Documentation and Drafting
Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and company policies.
Prepare impact analysis of regulatory circulars and changes.
Company Incorporation and Secretarial Support
Assist in the incorporation of companies/LLPs.
Support with obtaining various licenses and regulatory registrations.
Annual Filings and Reporting
Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.
Maintain and file documents related to AGM/EGM and statutory disclosures.
