Movement Records:
Maintain accurate records of guest and staff movement in and out of the retreat. Log all entries and exits, ensuring proper documentation of times and individuals.
Routine Patrols:
Conduct frequent patrols of the property, checking entrances, exits, and vulnerable areas to ensure safety and security.
Incident Response:
Respond promptly to security-related incidents, including medical emergencies, disturbances, or breaches of security protocols, and report to management as needed.
Guest & Staff Support:
Assist guests with safety-related inquiries, ensuring they understand the retreat's security procedures and helping with general security-related concerns.
Emergency Preparedness:
Be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and assist in coordinating during emergency drills or actual evacuations.
Enforce Policies:
Ensure that security measures and retreat policies regarding access and conduct are consistently enforced across the property.
Reporting:
Compile detailed reports on incidents, access logs, and security issues for management review.
Lost and Found:
Assist in managing lost and found items, ensuring proper logging and security of unclaimed property.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to ensuring safety.
