Position Description: : SAP Controlling Title Description / Position Description Works independently and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome. Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities . As we are working with a customer from Pharma Industry, member must understand at least basics of the Regulatory framework for pharmaceutical industry (FDA, GxP, SOX, GDPR) . Member will be working either in Project or Support or both depending on the requirement . Member should have good knowledge on Change Management/Incident Management and should have at least 1 full cycle implementations with good experience. . Should be proficient in gathering the requirements, preparing the functional specs and test scripts and explaining the requirements to the technical team and ensure that the developments are done as per the requirement. . Handling tickets and application support to the end users by diagnosing, analyzing and solving the issue reported. . To adhere the timelines of the Project/Support as applicable. . To be alert and honor SLAs while working on Incidents and Service Requests. . Identifying recurring Issues and fixing by carrying out Root Cause analysis. . Identifying the gaps and suggesting corrections or enhancements. . Writing functional specs and interacting with developer to develop the necessary changes . To be good at domain specific configurations. . To possess business process knowledge and guide business users . To prepare detailed estimates, Unit Test documents in the given templates. . To conduct peer review on the solutions, estimates and Testing. . Training the end users and preparing end user training material. . To plan the changes as per the releases and ensure that the schedule is honored by considering the KPIs and SLAs. . To be proactive in identifying the potential issues and alert the Solution Owners in advance. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Member should have experience of 4 - 10 years in SAP Controlling Candidate should have good knowledge on support activities and should have at least one full cycle implementation. Candidate should have expertise knowledge on below. . Controlling general settings: Customizing, configuration of operating concern, controlling area, number ranges and versions. . Cost element accounting: Cost elements (Primary, Secondary), Cost element groups. . Cost center: Cost center standard hierarchy, cost Centre\'s design and finalization, cost Centre\'s group, activity type and activity type group, statistical key figures and groups, allocations (distribution, assessment), cost center split, cost center categories, layout planning, maintaining input and output planning. . Internal order: Internal order type, number ranges, budget profile, budget related settings, settlement profile, allocation structure and AUC process through internal order. . Product costing: Product cost planning cost object controlling. (make to stock and make to order) . Product cost planning: Standard cost settings, cost component structure and costing variant. . Cost object controlling: Costing variant for plan, costing variant for actual, period end process settings includes WIP settings, variance, settlement profile and PA transfer structure. . CO-PP Integration: Assignment of plan, actual costing variants to the order types, assignment of RA key, settlement profile to order type and assignment of variance key to plants. . Make to order: Settings relevant to requirement class and account assignment category, costing variant, RA key, settlement profile, PA transfer structure, allocation structure and assignment to requirement class. . Knowledge on how requirement class updated in sales order. . Knowledge on how requirement type is determined in the sales order. . Sound knowledge on RA Key (Result Analysis Key). . Period costing settings: REM profile, product cost collectors (end user job), costing variant for plan, costing variant for actual, period end process settings includes WIP settings, variance, settlement profile and PA transfer structure. . CO-PA: Operating concern, characteristics, characteristics group, value fields, value fields group, segment level characteristics, derivation and valuation strategy, actual values flow to CO-PA,CO - PA planning (KEPM), CO-PA assessment, CO-PA costing sheet, PA transfer structure and CO-PA reports (report painter), CO-PA summarization, knowledge on the concepts of realignment, top down distribution and bottom up distribution, . Profit Centre Accounting: Profit center with new G/L concept, segment, standard hierarchy, finalization, creation of profit centers and assigning the profit centers to cost centers. . Ability to analyze the results obtained from Material Split Valuation. . Expertise in special scenarios like auxiliary cost component structure, primary cost component split, sub-contracting, origin group, joint and By-Products, mixed cost estimate, special procurement key, BPO(Base Planning Object), scrap, cost estimate without quantity structure, additive cost, cost center budget, Co-production orders, indirect activity allocation, Quantity based overhead, overhead group and overhead key Etc. . Knowledge in integration of SAP-CO with MM, SD,PP modules . Should have experience in support and able to perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions. . Should be able to prepare documents such as business processes, functional specifications and RCA. . Should have analyzing skills of all support issues. . Should be able to train business users and end users. . Able to understand configuration dependencies between modules of SAP. . Should have knowledge in release management and new functionality / enhancement assessments. .
