We are looking for a QA professional with a strong foundation in Salesforce testing methodologies, test automation, and defect management. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring seamless Salesforce implementations. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance in Salesforce applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
Ensure that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance.
Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Min. 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets.
Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus.
Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
