Responsibilities
Actively source and contact new leads through cold calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals
Present and explain our chatbot product to potential clients, focusing on benefits and ROI
Schedule and conduct product demos (online or in-person if needed)
Close deals and onboard clients onto the WhatsApp automation platform
Track all interactions, leads, and conversions using basic CRM tools
Report progress to the sales manager and participate in weekly team calls
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills (fluency in English and Hindi)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of small business operations and their digital needs is a bonus
Experience about chatbot, CRM, or marketing tools is a plus
