for our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting prospective leads into successful sales. This includes actively following up with leads over phone calls, scheduling site visits, and effectively presenting the project to potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Convince prospective clients to visit the site and understand their requirements.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and USPs.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance the chance of closure.
Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary
Additional commission
on every successful conversion/sale
