Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of SUNROOOF.
Provide expert-level guidance to clients on design aesthetics, materials, and product customizations aligned with their lifestyle.
Work closely with internal design, project, and installation teams.
Stay informed on market trends to identify and seize new growth opportunities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback.
Conduct proactive market research to understand client preferences and uncover untapped niches in the premium segment.
Key Requirements:
3-4 years of proven sales experience in the premium interiors, or luxury homes space is mandatory
.
Strong track record of dealing with
high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
and successfully closing large-ticket deals.
Exceptional English communication skills - written and spoken - with a flair for persuasive presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build deep trust-based relationships with discerning clients.
Candidates with an active network of architects who can be potential collaborators or referrers are preferred.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
