As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for electrical earthing products.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for product offerings in both existing and new markets.
Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, consultants, and engineers in the electrical and construction sectors.
Provide technical guidance to customers on earthing systems and solutions, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of products.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership
:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them meet their goals.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, engineering, and logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Market Intelligence
:
Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors in the electrical earthing market.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to electrical earthing and grounding solutions.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales objectives.
Project Management Support
:
Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of earthing systems for large-scale electrical projects.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and tenders for prospective customers.
Qualifications:
Education
:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
:
Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the electrical or construction industry, preferably in electrical earthing solutions or similar products.
Skills
:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team success.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and compliance related to earthing and electrical systems.
