Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with
assigned leads
(no cold calling involved).
Understand customer requirements and
pass qualified leads to senior.
Maintain and regularly update the
lead database
in Google Sheets.
Send
follow-up messages or calls
to warm leads as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing team
to understand which leads are coming from ongoing campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
Share feedback with the marketing team on lead quality to help improve targeting and reach.
Skills & Requirements:
Good spoken Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable with phone and WhatsApp communication.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Organized, punctual, and eager to learn.
