We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management


Qualifications



3 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies * Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret sales and financial reports
