Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers in person to present, promote, and sell products/services.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of sales and client information.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proficiency in local language; basic English is a plus.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if required).
