Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales in Real Estate and Modular Kitchen domains. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Real Estate (Builder) Sales:
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and online platforms.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct site visits and explain project features and benefits.
Negotiate deals and close sales.
Coordinate with the builder and documentation team for smooth booking and handover.
Modular Kitchen Sales:
Meet clients to understand their kitchen space and requirements.
Provide design consultation and suggest layouts/materials.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for estimates and proposals.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate and/or Modular Kitchen preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Basic understanding of design layouts and property documents (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BCom/Interior Design background is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Work Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including weekends; weekly off on weekdays)
