Job Title: Hospital Software Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in selling hospital or healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with hospital decision-makers, understanding their software needs, and promoting our Hospital Information System (HIS) and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Present, promote, and sell hospital software products to prospective customers. Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations (both virtual and on-site). Understand client requirements and collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to deliver tailored solutions. Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to convert prospects into customers. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital software solutions. Good understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, or other healthcare IT solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage client relationships and work independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in selling SaaS-based healthcare products. Familiarity with hospital workflows and departments (OPD, IPD, Billing, Lab, etc.). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,914.64 - ?28,551.69 per month
