real estate, BPO, or KPO
sectors. The role involves generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in the sales process through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to interested customers.
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary details to clients.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
telecalling (BPO/KPO/Realty preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred).
Proficiency in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English
(preferred).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
real estate telecalling
will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software for data entry and lead management.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
