Role Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Executive to lead business growth initiatives through strategic planning, partner management, and effective marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership qualities and hands-on experience in driving sales through field marketing and partner development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of business partners/sales associates Identify growth opportunities in the local market Conduct regular partner meetings, performance reviews, and field visits Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets Analyze marketing performance and report progress to senior management

Requirements

:

Graduation is mandatory Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets Must be open to fieldwork and travel within the assigned area
