We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between internal departments, sales representatives, and clients, while tracking sales performance and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team activities, schedules, and meetings.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Track and report on sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
Maintain customer databases and sales records with accuracy.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.
Liaise with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and billing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain as required.
Provide administrative support to the sales department.
Follow up with clients for payments and post-sales service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative role (2-3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the industry (e.g., printing, manufacturing, construction, etc.)
Experience working with field sales teams
Familiarity with billing, quotation, and dispatch procedures
