We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Process Coordinator
to manage daily data entry and lead allocation tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, allocating leads efficiently to the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle large volumes of data, and coordinate smoothly with different departments to support the sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update Excel/Google Sheets with lead and customer data
Allocate incoming leads to the correct sales representatives or teams
Track lead progress and ensure timely updates from the sales team
Share accurate daily and weekly reports with the management
Ensure data accuracy and consistency at all times
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for process improvements
Highlight any issues or delays in lead handling
Maintain organized digital records of all entries and reports
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Strong data entry and data management skills
Good organizational and communication abilities
Basic understanding of lead management or CRM is a plus
