Responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing enquiries, ensuring excellent in-store display standards, and executing the sales process with professionalism and outstanding communication.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
Create and maintain a network of loyal clients.
Participate in and support company events and brand activities.
Contribute actively to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Sales experience in a similar or related field is an advantage. Freshers may apply if they meet other criteria.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and agile in handling challenges and multitasking.
Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-oriented.
A good team player with a professional appearance, good manners, and excellent interpersonal skills.
