We are looking for a talented and motivated UI Path Developer to design and implement automation solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with hands-on experience in UI Path. You will work closely with various departments to understand their workflows and develop automated solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using UI Path attended/unattended bots to optimize business processes.
Engage with business resources to gather requirements and understand process improvement needs.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process design documents & technical specifications.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated solutions to ensure high quality.
Provide support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, including issue resolution and performance monitoring.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in UI Path and RPA technologies, and suggest improvements and innovations.
Requirements
================
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with a strong focus on UI Path.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing RPA solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as VB, C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
Solid understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
UI Path certification is highly desirable.

Technical skills:
Proficiency in UIPath Studio (VB), familiarity with OCR and NLP technologies, experience with integrating various bespoke & enterprise systems.
Problem solving skills:
Ability to analyse and map out business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and handle exceptions and error cases.
Workflow skills:
Experience building State Machines, and other decision designs, with a focus on delivering and implementing reusable components throughout the workflow.
Process Management skills:
Ability to identify improvements or alternatives to the process defined by the business and design process optimised solutions.
