ully engage in all development and delivery activities, from a risk management perspective, as and when directed. S
upporting the development of a Risk culture across the Programme. S
upport the Senior Risk Manager in developing and maintaining the Risk management plan. P
rovide Risk Management advice/ guidance to Project Managers by preparing and developing the tailored and detailed Risk Management Plans required to manage Project Execution in line with the Project Management Procedures. R
ead and understand involved procedural, technical, or specialised instructions to understand the project context and confirm an appropriate risk management approach. D
etermine the most appropriate processes, techniques, or methods to apply to best manage risk. E
ffectively communicate and present good risk management practice to all staff at the project development stage and throughout the project's life cycle. R
etrieve background information from Project Managers/ project documentation surrounding the new project, its environment and lessons learnt from previous related projects to ensure the capture of all relevant information for creation of a fit for purpose risk register. R
esearch into projects key stakeholders prior to risk workshops to inform the capture of appropriate risks. O
rganise risk workshops with all relevant attendees to ensure effective contributions to the forming of the risk register. E
ffectively facilitate Risk Workshops/ brainstorming sessions and 1 - 2 -1 meetings to capture risks to formulate a well-defined risk register. D
uring risk workshops/ reviews, raise for discussion any new risks/ challenges that may need to be considered, based on your previous experience or knowledge of similar projects helping to develop and recommend appropriate actions where possible. E
nsure all required information is captured clearly and unambiguously within the Risk Register, including owners, actions, dates, categories, and assumptions, as defined in the Risk Management Procedures. C
apture and manage risk and mitigation information in an agreed format e.g., Excel based Risk Register, or the Risk Management System. L
ead the identification and development of risk mitigation and/or action plans within the civil works programme and/or site construction programme. P
roduce accurate periodic risk update reports to inform programme management. H
ighlight risks that may require higher level management for resolution or escalation. C
arry out Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using industry recognised Risk analysis software. R
eview QRA outputs and have the ability to provide recommendations to key stakeholders (e.g., Project Manager) on the significance of the potential delays/ cost overruns to the project. E
nsuring the Quality/ suitability of Cost & Schedule models for QSRA & QCRA A
ctively encourage and embed the risk management culture by conducting training and providing guidance to improve competency across the civil works Programme in line with local and PMO requirements. Collaborate with other Project Controls disciplines to align Schedule and financial risks and maintain alignment with best practice guidelines. R
ecommend/ implement continuous process improvements as and when required. 3
to 5 years Demonstrable Risk Management experience on Major Projects/ Programmes. R
