Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused

Retail Sales Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process payments and returns. Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and restocked as needed. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a positive and timely manner. Follow all store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards. Assist in inventory counts and receiving shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Pay: ?8,994.92 - ?31,594.73 per month
