Roles and Responsibilities - Infrastructure - To select new locations for branches and responsible for short listing of properties for opening of branches, research and analysis of property in terms of realistic market price. Analyzing the Area, acquiring property at minimum rentals, rent negotiation with owners. Responsible for looking day to day general office administration, Housekeeping, and security department. Managing facilities in the organization including office infrastructure, security, and purchase and inventory management. Vendor management like negotiating the rates for various office related expenses. Recruiting of vendors and raising bills of vendors for their timely payment. Maintaining the courier activities, outgoing incoming g and return courier. Do budgeting and Cost controlling for branches. Maintaining of MIS for assets record
