Job Description

Providing administrative support
and managing day to day centre activity and
its maintenance.
Vendor management (Old and New).
Representing the Centre for any Legal matter that may arise;
Front office management.

Assisting the Digital marketing initiatives and provide support as and when required.

Keep a tab on all bills to be paid and to ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
Maintain Login and Logout Report / Attendance Report.
Form Tracker and prepare Admin
report, Petty Cash report and Book Material stock.
Maintain Key Register (2 keys to maintained by Centre Manager and
Admin)
Student Ledger – Once it is over send the book to
Admin
&
Accounts
Manager
Raising Invoice and Receipts during Registration
Following up with collectibles
Cutting cost at the centre level
Issuance of ID Card \ Book Materials to the student
Collecting Fine for improper dress code, not wearing ID card, late payment charges, Re-joining Fees, Re Exam fee etc.
Being one point of contact for Security Agency and Housekeeping agency of the centre.
Office Stationery management.
Experience in handling EHS (Environment Health & Safety).
Depositing of Cash in the bank on daily basis.
Housekeeping & Security Attendance maintenance and supervision.
