Role Overview:



We are looking for a

pleasant, professional Receptionist

to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) Receive and distribute daily couriers and deliveries Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars Handle incoming and outgoing emails as required Provide support to HR/Admin teams as needed

Requirements:



Minimum

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (0-1 year; freshers with good communication skills may apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional attitude and appearance Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude and a pleasant personality
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,876.09 per month
