Greeting and Assisting Visitors:

Receptionists welcome visitors, guide them, and provide necessary information or assistance.

Answering Phones:

They manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Managing Appointments:

Scheduling and maintaining calendars for meetings and appointments.

Administrative Tasks:

This can include tasks like managing mail, making copies, data entry, and other clerical duties.

Maintaining Reception Area:

Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Providing Information:

Answering questions from visitors and callers, and providing accurate information about the organization.

Maintaining Office Supplies:

Monitoring and ordering necessary office supplies.

Supporting Other Departments:

Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
