Front office management: welcoming guests, handling calls, emails, and queries.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (vouchers, bills, petty cash, etc.).
Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Support basic Tally/ERP entries and GST-related documentation.
Coordinate with the finance team for monthly reports and audits.
Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
Handle courier, filing, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge; experience with Tally or any ERP system is a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel formulas.
Graduate in Commerce or a related field preferred.
Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
