At least 6 months to 1-year experience in International voice process (BPO industry).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Making Calls in US and Canada.
Keep tracking outstanding Accounts and debts
Plan a course of action to recover owed money
Locate and contact debtors
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Handle customers' questions or complaints
Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
Build trust with debtors
Update account status and database regularly
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Job Time : (US shifts) timing between 5:30 pm & 9:30 am IST.

Sundays fixed off (Alternate Saturdays).
