As the Associate for Business Development , you will drive the students' enrollment and help grow the test-prep side of our business. You'll be attracting new students and also building meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities: • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students. • Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect contact and subsequent prospecting. • Monitor and analyze the pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to ensure success. • Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls. • Create lead engagement plans and strategies to onboard new students. • Promote the company's products/ services by addressing or predicting students' objectives. • Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-around time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts. • Update and create tailored student proposals and negotiate further to ensure closure
