Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee QC activities across polymer processing and plastic packaging lines Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards for product quality Conduct material testing (e.g. tensile strength, melt flow index, color matching) Manage inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality defects Maintain documentation and audit readiness (SOPs, QA checklists, traceability) Collaborate with R&D, production, and customer service teams to resolve issues

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent 3-5 years' experience in QC for plastic packaging or polymer manufacturing Strong knowledge of testing standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS), lab equipment, and GMP Leadership in team supervision and quality audits Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
