Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet organizational needs. Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with other departments to optimize stock levels. Analyzing and optimizing procurement costs to ensure budget compliance. Ensuring purchased goods and services meet quality standards. Ensuring procurement activities comply with organizational policies, laws, and regulations. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
