Source and purchase raw materials, food and beverage items, packaging, and consumables
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
Conduct regular quality checks on received goods
Coordinate with kitchen and store staff to ensure stock availability
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
Ensure all purchased items meet quality and safety standards
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with accounts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain (F&B/hospitality is a plus)
Good knowledge of local suppliers and market trends
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
