Project Manager - Special Adoption Agency

Location:

Sawantwadi, Sindhudurg (On-site with Residential Facility)

Educational Qualification & Experience

-Master's in Social Work (MSW)

- Mandatory
-Minimum

2 years of field experience

in

child welfare, adoption services, or related domains

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the

daily operations

of the Special Adoption Agency

Liaise

with Child Welfare Committees (CWC), legal authorities, and other stakeholders Ensure

timely and accurate documentation

of adoption-related procedures Conduct and supervise

outreach programs

, awareness campaigns, and community engagement Carry out

field visits

, home studies, and post-adoption follow-ups Ensure

child safety

, well-being, and support in rehabilitation processes

Supervise agency staff

, maintain case files, and ensure

regulatory compliance

during audits

Required Skills

Proficient in

Marathi

and basic communication skills in

English

Strong ability for

documentation and coordination

Willingness and stamina for

fieldwork and frequent travel

Empathetic,

ethical

, and child-centered approach Basic

computer literacy

(MS Office, email, etc.)

Additional Requirements

Must possess a

valid two-wheeler driving license

and have own vehicle Candidates (male/female)

willing to stay on-site

at the residential facility are preferred

Salary

As per market standards

and based on relevant experience and qualifications
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
